Misdiagnosis

Misdiagnosis is when a doctor does certain tests or does an evaluation of a patient to try to determine what is going on with a patient and may either fail to come up with a diagnosis that he should have or she should have, or comes up with the incorrect diagnosis. And that’s a basis for Medical Malpractice Claim.
