Medical Malpractice

Medical malpractice is when a doctor acts inappropriately; when the doctor fails to adhere to the accepted standard of care (and by accepted, it’s what the average practitioner, where they would practice). When the doctor fails to meet that standard of care, then they’ve been negligent and have deviated from the standard of care. That would represent a Medical Malpractice case.
